Dues can be paid via check at the first rehearsal or in advance on the website. Checks should be made out to the Acadia Choral Society. Dues may be paid in two installments; in case of need, scholarships for dues are available. Masks and COVID Precautions
Masks are not required for rehearsal. If you feel sick, or have been exposed to COVID we request that you stay home from singing as a precaution.

Attendance

  • Please make attendance a top priority. We work most effectively and efficiently when everyone is present. Your voice is important to the success of the ensemble.
  • If you must miss more than 1 rehearsal in a row, please email the chorus president, Nancy Roberts – president@acadiachoralsociety.org.
  • If your total absences are greater than 3, continuance with the group is at the discretion of the director.
  • Attendance at the dress rehearsals and performances is mandatory.
  • If you must drop out of the chorus for any reason, please email the chorus president, Nancy Roberts – president@acadiachoralsociety.org.

Weather Cancellations
In the case of inclement weather, the chorus president and the director will determine if rehearsal should be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the phone tree will be activated by 3:00 pm, so please be sure that we have a number where you can be reached. An email will also be sent.
